Q: How long does it take to get a response?
A: We aim to respond within 24-48 hours during business days. Complex technical issues may take longer to investigate.
Q: Can I call you?
A: Currently, we only offer email support to provide clear, documented responses and maintain efficiency.
Q: I lost my data. Can you recover it?
A: Unfortunately, no. All data is stored locally on your device. We don't have backups or access to your data. Always export backups manually if you want to preserve your progress.
Q: How do I delete all my data?
A: Three ways: (1) Settings → Reset Progress, (2) Device Settings → Apps → Habit Yard Tracker → Storage → Clear Data, (3) Uninstall the app.
Q: Is my data safe and private?
A: Yes! All data is stored locally on your device using Android's secure Room database. We don't collect, transmit, or access any of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Q: Will there be an iOS version?
A: Currently, we're focused on the Android version. An iOS version may be considered in the future based on demand and resources.
